The holm oak is one of the most characteristic trees, if not the predominant one, in the Montes de Toledo. And we can find them in isolation, or even forming tree masses as is the case in the municipalities of Navahermosa, Hontanar, San Pablo de los Montes, and Los Yébenes. Its height is medium, but it can even reach heights of 16, or even 25 meters in height.
In the vicinity of Los Navalucillos there is a hundred-year-old oak that serves as a reference for an interesting hiking route.
