This museum is dedicated to the brilliant painter, and its objective is to make the figure of El Greco more understandable, as well as his work and personality within the city of Toledo at the beginning of the 17th century.
A sample of his works is exhibited, among which a complete Apostolate, his famous View and Plane of Toledo, as well as several male portraits stand out.
It can be visited from Tuesday to Sunday. From March 1 to October 31: 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. from Tuesday to Saturday. And from November 1 to February 28: 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from Tuesday to Saturday, Sunday and holidays throughout the year: 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
It will remain closed on January 1st and 6th, May 1st, December 24th, 25th and 31st, local holiday.
While it can be visited for free on Saturday from 2:00 p.m. and Sundays. November 16, May 18, October 12 and December 6.
