Villarejo de Montalbán is a small town, with less than a hundred inhabitants, which we will reach in 25 minutes by car from the Casa Rural “Finca los Pajaros”.

It is not of great interest in itself, but several elements of its surroundings are, such as its river with its two bridges, one with two semicircular arches of different sizes, and another of medieval origin with a single eye.

Very close to this we can also see two mills. The call of the Campanero is quite poorly preserved, but the other, known as the one in the Middle, is somewhat better preserved, being able to see a dam built with granite from the river itself.

A plan is being drawn up to recover this environment, although you can still enjoy a pleasant walk through the area.
